Who We Are

Hi, we're SketchDwell!

SketchDwell is owned and operated by architecture and interior design duo Benjamin and Jessica Maier. They work together with clients to develop polished conceptual design drawings suitable for renovation, additions, and newbuild projects for the purpose of obtaining general design direction and guidance, contractor pricing, and construction permits. With each partner having 10+ years of experience in their respective fields, Jessica and Benjamin are able to provide valuable feedback on clients' visions for their home renovations and additions as well as for ground-up new construction projects. Their specialty is taking a client's napkin sketch and dream and turning it into a concrete architectural drawing document suitable for administering to contractors to gather important pricing and scheduling information as well as to cities for construction permit obtainment.

Some of their favorite past projects have included a “backyard barn” tiny house, dining room with adjacent sunroom and deck addition, and the conversion of a carport into a cozy den complete with a nook especially crafted for a golf simulator.
